Fair Trade Summit Report 2024

The International Fair Trade Summit aimed to bring together leaders, practitioners, and advocates from around the globe to collaborate and promote Fair Trade practices. This edition took place in Cape Town, South Africa, a location voted democratically by our community at the Annual General Meeting (September 2022).
Attendees included delegates from Fair Trade Enterprises, organisations, governments, businesses, and civil society, all united by a common goal: to collectively rethink how to create an equitable and sustainable global economic system. This year’s edition saw participants engage in enlightening discussions, exchanging ideas, and forging partnerships that will shape the future of Fair Trade.
