Gogo Olive is a Registered Charity (SC041281) that creates employment for Zimbabwean women. It was formed in November 2008 and has grown around the best ways to support these women and their families. We aim to create high quality, handmade and fair trade products that tell a story and bring joy and hope. Our products are hand knitted and finished and are each unique. We work mainly with women who are in prison and they have the opportunity to continue with the project after their release. It is our goal that no one reoffends and instead they become active and supportive members of their families and their communities. Through fundraising, we are able to run educational and team building workshops and to give our ladies access to an Emergency Fund when they need it.
