Specific Requirements: Roasted & salted, in-shell, not bleached

Raisins

Business Division: B2C

Quantity: 10.5 tons/year

Specific Requirements: Flame Raisins

Pistachios

Business Division: B2B

Quantity: 20 tons/year

Specific Requirements: Multiple formats: shelled kernels, unshelled

Shelled Almonds

Business Division: Both B2B and B2C

Quantity (B2C): 25 MT

Quantity (B2B): 25 MT (and more)

The suppliers need to meet these criteria:

Organic Certification

Required (in-progress certification acceptable).

Fair Trade Certification

Preferred

Land Size

Especially for B2C, we prefer smaller producers with less than 25ha land size.
