The Schwab Foundation and the World Economic Forum are calling for outstanding social innovators!
The 2026 Awards will seek to honour the diversity of social innovation models in society working in private, public, social or collective organisations. The key ingredients they are looking for are:
– Local voices (non-expats)
– With well-established work
– With national or regional scale and demonstrable impact
– Suggested areas of work (non-exclusive): economic integration of youth, aging populations, gender violence, mental health, innovative finance, LGBTQ, models combining social impact and environmental action.
This year the Schwab Foundation is particularly looking for voices from:
– East and Southeast Asia
– Francophone countries of Africa
– Eastern Europe
– Countries with large populations Middle East and North Africa
– Across Latin America
Please note that there’s no limit of submissions per nominator, you can nominate as many gems as needed!
