The Milano Fair Cuisine is an initiative that promotes ethical consumption in restaurants. At the World Fair Trade Week, in Milan from the 23rd to the 31st of May, a series of events and appointments connected to the worlds of food and high quality cooking will enliven restaurants in the city and in other parts of Italy.

The World Fair Trade Week is a biennial event initiated by WFTO, taking place from 23 to 31 May 2015.


The first World Fair Trade Week was held in Rio de Janeiro in May 2013 and this year it will be held in Milan, Italy.  

According to the mayor of Milan - proud host of the 2015 Fair Trade Week - “Fair Trade represents a real economic revolution.”

The celebration of the 40th GEPA’s anniversary will take place in GEPA’s headquarters in Wuppertal, Germany, on 22 May 2015. Producer partners from around the world, suppliers from Germany, customers such as the world shops, shareholders and Fair Trade partners will attend the event, which will be marked with speeches, a tour around the historic building of GEPA that includes a look at a compilation of wishes and expectations from costumers for GEPA’s next 40 years, and music.

The 2015 conference will take place in Berlin, Germany from 20-22 May. 
The theme will be A Roadmap to Change.

The event will be co-hosted by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and will include a full Conference Day with plenaries and breakout sessions, an evening cocktail reception and the ISEAL Community Day for members and subscribers.
