The Fair Trade movement gathers 16th - 19th of September, in Lima, Peru. The leaders, practitioners and innovators of the Fair Trade movement will convene to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the WFTO and explore the future of Fair Trade.
The WFTO Summit is the largest global gathering of organisations representing the Fair Trade supply chain, from producers to exporters, importers, wholesalers and retailers. It is the only international event that brings those diverse groups of dedicated fair traders and the broader movement in one place.
The opening ceremony of the Fair Trade Summit will take place in the evening of the 16th of September.
The summit will focus on innovation across the Fair Trade movement, strengthening links between Fair Trade Enterprises and appealing to new buyers to embrace Fair Trade. The summit is co-organized by the Peruvian Members of WFTO, with Allpa, Manos Amigas, PERULAND and Raymisa, as the coordinators of the event.
The WFTO will hold its General Meeting on the 19th of September, immediately following the summit.

In Lima, it is better to take a taxi to go out of the airport. Before going out customs there are taxi services available. Uber also works. There is no metro line you can take to the venue.
