Fair Trade Federation's Retailer Symposium will take place in Rosemont, Illinois.
The Fair Trade Federation Retailer Symposium is a unique opportunity for fair trade retailers to learn from the experts. This workshop will focus on things you need to know to run a successful fair trade retail store. Topics include:
- Financial and Inventory Management
- Hiring and Training Employees
- Effective Displays and Visual Merchandising
- Tips for Advertising and Promotion
Speakers: We’re honored to welcome Candi Horton (Baksheesh Fair Trade) and Kevin Natapow (Creative Retail Solutions, formerly of Momentum) as our presenters for this event. Candi and Kevin are both experts in fair trade retail with decades of experience in running a store.
When: January 23 -24th, 2015 (Friday – Saturday)
The full day workshop will take place on Friday. On Saturday you will have opportunity for individual consultations with our speakers. Then, visit fair trade wholesalers at the Windy City Gift Show!
Where: Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, IL (close to Chicago and the O’Hare International Airport.)
Registration rates are as follows:
FTF members: $80 for the first registrant, $40 for each additional registrant
Non-members: $100 for each registrant
